Bohol finally opened its doors to visitors. Together with that is the re-opening of the paradise inside this island paradise, Mithi Resort and Spa!

The resort is hidden far from the more crowded side of the Philippines’ famous beach island – Panglao. And its seclusion I think became part of its charm.

This place is a perfect getaway even just for a day of relaxation from all of the stress these days.

Here are things I love about the place!

Beach and view

Compared to other resorts in Panglao, their white sand beach seemed more exclusive since they don’t have other resorts or business establishments nearby.

A beautiful view of the eastern part of Bohol and the resort’s islet can be seen over their infinity pool. 😍

Rooms and amenities

I’ve always been curious about what’s inside their ‘triangular’ villas and I wasn’t disappointed!

Whether by garden or beach view, their villas are lovely and spacious.

It seemed like all rooms have jacuzzis too and provide a good view of the surroundings.

rESTAURANT

Their food had interesting Boholano twists like the introduction of ube to unlikely dishes. 😋

It was fun exploring those. 🤤

My favorites were the ube-flavored food of course! 😆 Probably the Boholano in me.

CAVE POOL

This is something Mithi has that probably no other resorts have. 🤩 A cave pool inside the resort, just walking distance to their lobby.

I love cave pools! And since their cave pool is only for guests, it is clean, paved, and well-maintained. It’s a perfect cold dip right after the heat at the beach.
